I bought two skeins of this yarn, one in black pearl and then I had to come back for a skein of the colorway “Fancy.” The photo online does not do justice to this gorgeous burgundy shade, it looks so rich and elegant in person. I made a Sophie scarf as a gift and only used about 20 grams. The fabric is out of this world soft so I may just make a few more exactly the same for christmas gifts. This might be my new favorite yarn.
My niece picked out this yarn for a sweater for a big birthday. I have loved working with it. The touch of cashmere makes it soft for a comfy feel against the skin. The fingering weight is perfect for a warm-weather climate like San Diego's. Finally, the colors are just amazing. The yarn (Color: Uptown Electric) my niece picked is not in my usual blues, teals and grays so it was a welcome change for me.
